Mr. Glesing, then the Athletic Director at Warren Central High School in Indianapolis, recognized the need for a reliable, service oriented company to provide high quality wrestling products. Prior to 1973, your local sporting goods dealer was the only source for wrestling products, and very few of them adequately served the wrestling community.
Gsports Wrestling changed the wrestling world forever! We were the FIRST catalog wrestling company! For the first time, athletic directors and coaches from every state in the country had an alternative to their local sporting goods dealer.
